Drawing for

's anime cosplay drawing contest that I did because the idea just stuck in my mind

Poor Yue, as if he didn't have enough to angst about. And now I dye his hair and force him into a Vincent costume (I'm well aware that Yue would probably be strong enough to escape whilist those tho girls in between Kero and Yue attempted to dye his hair and force him into a costume, but... meh). This is actually the end result of a comic I'd drawn, but due the fact it was completely drawn in pencil, with no inking aside from the borders, I didn't make it a deviation.

As to why I decided on a Final Fantasy VII cosplay, it was the first thing that popped in my head. And if you can't tell from the speech in the drawing, I was originally going to make Yue Sephiroth, but then I thought he was more like Vincent personality wise and I didn't think he'd appreaciate a costume that exposed part of his bare chest. (not to mention the rabid fangirls who might attack him!!!)

Now, about the drawing. It was colored in mainly copic markers with some colored pencil, along with editing from Photoshop 7. It is acutally one of my better attempts with the markers, but even so, I'm still not very happy with the result. It has tons of errors. Just to point out a few. The Vincent costume has errors on it (like the one fingerless glove, which was supposed to be on the orginal costume, not the AC one), as does the Aerith costume, and the character's are proportionatley incorrect. Mainly in the size of their heads and their hands being too small (especially Yue's

) And that metal...thing that looked like it hung from Kero's neck in his true form is missing. Also, like alway, there are various mistakes in coloring and shading. But I'll leave you to seek them out. The characters go as follows.
