I seriously thought I was over this but I guess I'm not. The past year I haven't really been playing video games, which is slightly disappointing, but in a way it was a good thing since I'm a senior in High School and I need to avoid distractions. I've noticed that I tend to go through long spells of not playing video games anyway, and this was a good time for it.

So my home PC that uses Windows XP and has faithfully served my family for 5 years...... crashed. My mom was using it the other night and it shut down on her... and hasn't started up since. We always figured that something would HAVE to happen to it someday, it was getting old and getting slow. But after my dad suffered through 2 problematic Vista's and 1 problematic 7, while the XP trudged along, we began to think it was invincible. The stupid thing is that neither I nor my mom, whom I shared that computer with, never thought to backup our things XP. I'm actually taking this better than I thought I would except.....

Overdue Life Update

So.....what I've been up to in my long absence.
Still struggling with real-life procrastination problems....it's gotten really bad and my parents are just as worried as I am if not more. I'm determined to pick myself up this year since I'm screwed if I don't because this is my senior year. I really hope things work out.
I got my wisdom teeth pulled out a few weeks ago, all four at once.
